About I Am That - Yoga is a Melbourne-based Yoga company that makes Yoga more accessible with accessible Yoga classes and products that facilitate your practice. Mission A place where EVERYone can find their Yoga. Yoga is an attitude not a practice and it is for EVERYbody. It results in finding balance, equanimity and peace by finding a point of stillness within that allows you to feel neither pleasure nor aversion, neither good nor bad, neither light nor darkness. I Am That - Yoga is based on what yoga actually is: The union between yourself and the divine, the divine being yourself. Inhale, "I Am" Exhale, "That". Our tailor-made yoga services and yoga accessories aim to facilitate this journey. Our Collingwood studio is both affordable and accommodating, offering many different styles at different times of the day.
