About Pilates Barre AntiGravity Fitness Story Emergy Pilates Moves is located in the chic area of Rushcutters Bay, just a three-minute walk from Kings Cross train station. Our studio is warm and inviting, with natural light, and high, New York-style ceilings. It is a comfortable and casual environment where you’ll want to meet up for a fun class, relax and catch up with friends. We offer Mat, Reformer and Circuit Pilates classes, as well as Xtend barre classes, and antigravity fitness classes. We have group or private classes with one of our highly experienced and certified instructors that have a hands-on, personalised approach, and will customise your sessions to best suit your needs and help you reach your goals. We have pre and post natal classes and also rehabilitation classes. With our sister studio in Double Bay we have clients from all over the Eastern Suburbs easily accessing our studios.
