About Yoga for health and relaxation. Classical authentic Yoga. Each class incorporates pranayama, asana, concentration and nidra. Story In the heart of Sydney's CBD, there's a place you can stretch, relax and breathe your way to better health; a place where body, mind and breath come together... an oasis of calm amid our bustling city. Each session includes relaxation, awareness, breathing, postures, movement, balance and stillness, offering a fulfilling and relaxing experience. No need to book. Mats, change rooms, bathroom, filtered water, blankets and pillows all provided. Please bring your own towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
