Story “My best memory of the restaurant is the afternoon of 8 July 2005,” says Morteza Hemmati. That’s the day he opened Darband Persian Restaurant. Since he opened the restaurant 6 years ago, Darband's authentic and affordable Persian Cuisine has been getting rave reviews from the media and his customers alike. “I had been thinking of opening a restaurant for a long time,” he says. He is passionate about Iranian cuisine.
