Shiraz 2013 $22.00 per bottle A palate of rich berries, plum, with subtle spice. Open fermentation was used in the wine making process to highlight the primary fruit characters. Two years on Old and new oak creates a soft finish to this wine. Merlot 2014 $30.00 per bottle Grapes grown on the flood plain on the banks of the swan river, Open vat ferment finished in new and old oak a bouquet of rich plum with a hint of chocolate and soft layers of vanilla oak.
