International chef Scott Webster has developed this exciting venue in the heart of Newcastle’s fast growing Carrington precinct. Story The former derelict Oriental Hotel underwent an amazing transformation to become Carrington Place. We offer premium quality “guesthouse” style accommodation with first class service and facilities, an 80 seat dining room, casual café/wine bar, and a private dining room. The menus at Carrington Place reflect the unique style developed by Scott in his illustrious 34 year international career.
