With three yoga styles to choose from, our classes are designed for everyone from beginners to advanced and are led by passionate, knowledgeable, fully qualified and registered teachers. We have a great community and gorgeous studio incorporating two practise rooms with specialised yoga flooring as well as showers for your convenience. Hot yoga is a life changing form of fitness for both body and mind. Our studio is a place where you can come as you are, whatever level, where you are always warmly welcomed, nourished and supported through the practice of yoga. Our custom designed studio includes a state of the art heating system with a fresh air exchange system, two tranquil practice rooms with anti microbial yoga floor and extremely talented and well trained teachers.
