About At New India we believe a happy customer is our best award and would like to request you to allow us a chance to extend our Indian hospitality to you, be it a private function (up to 70 people) special occasion, a family gathering. Story New India Restaurant is located at the heart of the Adelaide CBD, and has been offering loyal patrons with a authentic culinary journey for years, Headchef Gopal, with his decades of experience in various countries and numerous 5star hotels and restaurants has not only offered his expertise and knowledge but also has divulged some of his secret recipes, carefully formulated over the years in his various Chef's Specials dishes. The central location and the focus on the authenticity of the exotic Indian food has kept the New India Restaurant an absolute favorite among the locals as well as the Adelaide Indian community. Besides participating in community activities such as supporting the UniLife in UniSA, and wining various awards, HeadChef Gopal has been responsible for training young chefs in TAFE to continue on his traditional recipes, however we are sure that he keeps some of his special recipes such as those of the Malai Tikka, Kadhai Paneer & numerous more close to his heart only available to his patrons.
