Story Located in the heart of bustling Potts Point, Busshari Authentic Japanese Restaurant represents the essence of Japanese cuisine; simplicity, fresh produce, creativity and unique flavour. Busshari's decor is dark and ambient creating a sophisticated yet unpretentious feel. Busshari's interior features ebony tiles, charcoal pebbled walls, smokey mirrors and tall Tasmanian oak dining tables along with a slender sushi counter. Busshari opened in 2006 and specialises in Japanese style seafood including sashimi, sushi, oysters and tempura. Nobuyuki Ito, the Executive Chef of Busshari fuses original flavours together in order to create unique, flavoursome dishes which are enhanced by his creative presentation.
