Our Functional Training Zone is perfectly equipped for you to master your technique across a circuit-style set of options, or you can choose to enlist the help of one of our personal trainers to keep you on track. Six days a week, our onsite child care centre can look after your little ones while you take time for yourself. It’s just one of the many ways we support you on your fitness journey.
