All our delicious food is made with no artificial colouring, preservatives or flavours. All products are grain lectin free, while many are low GI and high in protein. DEEKS has mastered the taste challenge and our products have met with rave reviews from our customers, many of whom choose DEEKS because they simply like the taste! Products Ingredients consist of a range of seeds, nuts, herbs and legumes and some seeds are freshly milled into our own unique blend of flours on our premises. Our products are high in nutrition, extremely high in protein and fibre and some are low in fat and very low in carbohydrates. This makes them ideal for athletes, those on low carbohydrate diets, or for those simply wanting more than just bread!
