About:
"The gurdwara contains—on a cot under a canopy—a copy of the Adi Granth “First Volume”, the sacred scripture of Sikhism. It also serves as a meeting place for conducting business of the congregation and wedding and initiation ceremonies. Sikhs believes in one omnipresent, formless God. Sikhs commonly call God, Waheguru Wa-HEY-guru. Sikhs regard men and women as equal in all spheres of life • Sikhs believe in equality amongst all human beings regardless of race or caste. In the temple, the Sikh scriptures are recited or sung, and sermons are given. Festivals are celebrated there. Sikh congregations also take part in birth, death, baptism, and marriage ceremonies in the temple. Guru Granth Sahib is usually placed at one end of the temple,"
