About We serve exceptional coffee. No ceremony. Because good food and service isn't pretentious. Come. Sit. Stay. Story Inspired by our passion for people and a desire to connect to something greater than ourselves, we launched Dachshund Coffee in 2014. We set out to create more than a beautiful cafe. We wanted to create a layered hospitality experience where food & coffee, service & venue are blended seamlessly into a memorable experience. An experience we're continually redefining. We're a community focused cafe where people come together to create 8: celebrate the provenance of fine food and coffee. An experience, centered on sharing wholesome, generous and responsibly sourced food.
