Welcome to Y Yoga Perth

Y Yoga Perth is a welcoming space dedicated to the sincere practice of the science of Yoga.

We provide classes and one-on-one instruction to people wishing to learn Hatha Yoga in variations of Iyengar and Ashtanga style and Bhakti Yoga, from a beginners to a more advanced level.  Teaching mastery of the physical body as a way of attaining Soul, Mind / Body awareness. This happens through a scientific matrix of poses, meditation, pranayama and pratyahara or withdrawal of the mind from external forces.

Creating a nurturing, dynamic meditative spiritual flow.

Y Yoga Studio was established in Doubleview, Perth in 2003. In September 2016 Jullan relocated her practice to the Anglican Parish Hall of St Edmunds in Wembley and renamed her business Y Yoga Perth. We welcome you to join our Yoga & Meditation classes and spiritual community.
