About Sarah Pratt is a certified Polestar Pilates Mat Instructor. Pilates is not about fancy moves, it is essentially a form of movement re-education. Story With a background in Dance and Theatre, Sarah draws on a range of techniques to create her group and private classes. Move for health, key elements of Sarah’s classes are: Economy of movement, developing efficient movement patterns to achieve the most effective outcome. Relaxation and increased body awareness to better connect with the body, and the core musculature. Enjoyment of the movement, with repetition and strength gain, the exercises flow together, and create a sense of well being and confidence.
