About Curry Express is an Indian cuisine dining/takeaway restaurant in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia. We are a family-friendly restaurant with a warm and friendly ambiance and extremely helpful staff at your service. Story Indian cuisine is a varied and exciting as the lands and peoples from which it comes. Meet our owner Ashish Patel and Varun Nehra – Friends, Food Lovers, Chef and Partners. Both became friends sharing the passion for all things culinary and studying management in hospitality from the same college and batch. Partnership began with Curry Express. When asked why Indian Cuisine in Australia, they say-Indian cuisine uses the whole palette of flavors, whatever your taste, whether you prefer mildly spicy or fiery hot, Indian cuisine has something to appeal to any palate, and the wide range of regional dishes and flavours is staggering in its diversity.
