About The House Around the Corner offers community activities and education in a small, friendly environment with easy access. Story We are a community organisation that offer courses, venue hire as well as organise events to bring together members of the community. Our Food and Fun Fridays are held on the 2nd Friday of each month where we provide a meal, fun activities for kids and adults and an evening of social interaction, all at just $5! We are thankful to the City of Monash who have presented us with a grant to renovate our kitchen. We will be fitting in a new stove, benchtop and cabinets and plan to have the new kitchen ready after Easter holidays 2015. This will mean we can look into offering in-demand cooking classes for seniors which we are very excited about. There's a lot happening at NHNH in 2016 and 2017. We are growing and reaching out to more people in the community. If you would like to enrol in a class or volunteer some of your time to the House, do express your interest by calling us on 9561-0114.
