About A 24hr strength & conditioning based gym, fully equipped with a range of strength equipment catering for all levels of training experience. Story CBF Training Facility is a strength and conditioning warehouse gym in Capalaba. We are the only training facility in the Redlands/Bayside area dedicated to strength specific training. CBF Training Facility and our coaches strive to target this dedication at helping you achieve your specific goals. Whether they be; -Powerlifting and Strength Sports -Improved sports performance -Muscle gain/fat loss -Cardiovascular fitness CBF Training Facility is welcome to everybody. You don’t have to be a professional athlete, the strongest, the fastest or the leanest person to train here. We want to deliver a friendly environment where everyone trains hard to achieve their goals. We provide a no frills, no bull facility. There are no fad training regimes, no fad diets, and there are certainly no fad trainers. Our beliefs towards training are basic, with the core foundation that heavy is the best. You will not find a treadmill, exercise bike, or stepper here. We offer plenty of heavy weights, power racks, squat stands, Olympic bars, bumper plates, lifting platforms, bands, dumbbells, everything you need, but most importantly atmosphere.
