Story In 1995 MLP was the first Pilates studio established in Adelaide and twenty years later MLP is Adelaide's leading Pilates studio. MLP is a centrally located, fully equipped, Pilates studio in an elevated position on King William Street overlooking Adelaide's CBD. MLP studio session is quite a unique experience. With stunning panoramic views of Adelaide, our studio offers a calming, supportive and informal social environment with a range of studio sessions. Our Pilates Program includes floor mat sequences or equipment-based exercises incorporating spring and weight resistance to increase exercise intensity.
