Providing personalised pilates programs to our clients. We offer a range of services such as Physiotherapy, Pilates, Myotherapy, Dry Needling, Diagnostic Ultrasound Scanning, Beauty & Skin Therapy, Group Mat & Reformer Classes, Cardiolates Circuit Classes, and Powerplate. Our Myotherapists have the highest training of any massage therapist, doing dry needling, deep tissue and myofascial release, and trigger point work. We are also the host site for Polestar Pilates Training. Running certification courses in mat, studio and rehab streams. All certifications are internationally recognised once you pass your exam.
