Story Rawsons Electrical is a family owned Quality Assured company based in Adelaide, South Australia. The company itself incorporates 3 closely integrated business units Electrical Contracting and Service Industrial Controls Sales and Service European Appliance Retail and Service Areas Serviced Rawsons Electrical Contracting and Service division maintain a fleet of 25 fully stocked vans operating chiefly in the Adelaide Metropolitan area daily. We also service country and interstate clients by arrangement. Hours of Business Rawsons Electrical Contracting and Service, and Industrial Automation Controls Sales and Service are open for business between 7.45am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Rawsons support established clients with after hours emergency work by operating a roster system of electrical service technicians. Electrical Contracting and Service Rawsons Electrical can design, supply, install and maintain electrical work ranging from domestic, commercial and industrial. We have experienced Estimators and Project Managers who can quote or advise to simplify today’s increasingly complex electrical requirements. We have a sound reputation for quality materials and installation. Much of our work is from repeat customers and referrals. We also carry out Commercial fit outs Communications Fire protection systems Lighting designs Power / Switchboard upgrades Domestic and Industrial rewires Underground systems Voice and Data Installation Solar Electricity solutions Industrial Automation Sales and Service Rawsons Electrical is the Mitsubishi Electric authorised Automation Distributor for South Australia. We can provide sales, support and training for Mitsubishi PLC’s, VSD, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Servo systems. Qualifications and Associations Rawsons Electrical prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. We have earned and maintain Quality Assurance certification to ISO9001 standards. We are a member of the National Electrical and Communications Association. Staff/Employees Rawsons employ around 60 employees, 40 of whom are qualified electricians or electrical apprentices. Rawsons tradesmen have a trade qualification of electrical worker, with additional training in areas such as Austel licensing, data and communications installation and special class qualifications in electronic and intelligent control systems. All of our employees work within Occupational Health and Safety Code. Rawsons hold regular internal training sessions for all employees covering new electrical products, changes to regulations (e.g. Electrical Certificate of Compliance procedures) and other appropriate topics to enable them to be fully informed of changes happening within the electrical industry.
