Story In 2008 the owner of Progressive Vending, Mark Wood purchased his first Vending Machines. The key to the business success came from when Mark realised that there were large holes in the market mostly relating to the quality of service, the quality of machinery and the limited product range available. By finding solutions to these problems it has allowed Progressive Vending to grow exponentially. Unlike many business owners, Mark still attends sites and takes phone calls from his customers, believing in growth from service and leading by example. Mark is also a committee representative for the Independent Vending Machine Association of Australia, which has allowed Progressive Vending to support its national customers and keep informed with growing trends in the market.
