Our gym and classes are specifically designed to improve and maintain the mobility and flexibility of anyone over 60, in a welcoming and social environment. Our accredited exercise physiologists and fitness instructors work with you to create personalised programs. We can support you in controlling weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes, and in strengthening bones and joints. Our specialists can also show you how to reduce your risk of heart disease, falls, and injuries, and help with pain management.
