Story We are a community driven CrossFit box who values health, fitness, and giving helping you to progress your skills in a supportive environment. Located within walking distance from Perth CBD, Leederville, North Perth and West Perth, we offer Personal Training, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastic Training, Endurance and Yoga, in addition to CrossFit classes. With a strong focus on technique, we have a well developed training system in place to guide our members on how to safely execute all movements before jumping into a CrossFit class.
