"I am a trauma-informed Nutrition and Dietetic practitioner. I have a strong social justice foundation to our practice, which means a steadfast commitment to equitable access and fair and equitable pricing. I offer a sliding scale if anyone is not eligible under the EPC or EDMP and would like to access Dietetic support. My interest is in mental health and eating behavior. I have worked across a variety of youth, adult and forensic mental health settings.My main focus is on helping you understand the context in which your eating patterns and food beliefs have evolved, how they are being reinforced and maintained, the function of food and eating, and then tailoring psychoeducation and capacity-building interventions accordingly."
