About A small business in Tasmania specialising in program coordination, event management, career advice, jobseeker programs, projects, employability skills training, & business advice. Story OTSS has a wide range of business and individual services. We provide Youth Programs and Employability Programs, Training and Employment Solutions, Career Advice and Sports Marketing. (RTO #40715) OTSS designs, delivers and co-ordinates Employability Programs across the NW Coast of Tasmania. The Programs aim to educate people not in the paid work-force in relation to employability skills, interview techniques, job seeking skills and workplace behaviours, time management, OH&S, budgeting and goal setting. Ultimately creating a pathway to employment or further training and education. As a nationally registered training organisation, OTSS co-ordinates training programs to assist both business, local government, groups and individuals across the NW Coast of Tasmania, and more broadly across the whole state of Tasmania. This spans across a variety of industries, and can cater for a significant training scope covering hospitality, business, tourism, management, sport & rec, community services, training & assessment and much more. OTSS works on youth projects to cater for youth who are early school leavers, by providing them with a pathway to a more constructive lifestyle and avenue to learn practical educational, work and life skills. OTSS assists both businesses and individuals with a diverse range of consultancy, tailored to suit their individual needs. OTSS can assist a sporting club with marketing and advice; it is able to assist employers and individuals with training solutions; it can help manage a project or assist a business with development, contracts and growth. We proudly support the following charities and organisations: The Burnie Coffee House, Chloe's Law, Royal Childrens Hospital (Melbourne), Ronald McDonald House, RSPCA, Children's Cancer Council, and Royal Guide Dogs to name a few.
