The large undercover deck features a Weber BBQ and an outdoor sink which is great for entertaining and with a north facing backyard its a perfect space for the kids to play safely. The living and kitchen areas are protected with double glazed windows. All appliances are brand new and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and another fridge and freezer in the garage. The laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer. The property features keyless entry, so no need to worry about where to store the keys when relaxing on the beach or going for a swim.
