About We offer Community-based Education and Training in a supportive environment. RTO Code 5987 Story At the Cedar Centre our vision is a learning community that is empowered, sustainable and compassionate. To achieve this we offer accredited training, informal learning and support services for students.. As an Registered Trainign Provider (RTO No. 5987), we provide a range of training programs, on a fee paying basis or subsidised by government funding, to employed, unemployed and self-employed participants, subject to eligibility criteria. Fee for Service, or self-funded training is also available including the facility to access Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in various sectors.
