"Better Health Network BHN Mentone formerly Central Bayside Community Health Services is one of our locations offering Social Support Groups for seniors and adults with disability.BHN is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the health and wellbeing of communities across south-eastern Melbourne.We were formed by the voluntary amalgamation of Central Bayside Community Health Services CBCHS, Connect Health & Community and Star Health.As BHN, we provide low-cost services to support healthy living, general wellbeing and social connection. These include specialist medical services, dental, allied health, counselling and mental health services, aged care, social supports and NDIS disability services."
