"Grange Pavilion Project has the overall aim of opening up the site of the bowls pavilion and green at Grange Gardens, Grangetown, Cardiff for use by the wider community. In the short-term we are trying to organise events by the community at the site. In the long-term we hope to gain Community Asset Transfer and grant funding to redevelop the site.
