Craig was employed by F.C. Johns for 23 years, starting initially as an engraver and advancing to become a fully qualifi ed watch and clockmaker before being given an opportunity to become their store manager. He was later promoted to general manager of their four country stores. It was near the end of his time with F.C. Johns that Craig became interested in drawing and designing jewellery. In 1994 he completed a jewellery design and drawing course at RMIT in Melbourne. Today, designing, making and importing diamonds has become a huge part of their business along with a very wide range of beautiful jewellery and watches. Blizzards were awarded Antwerp Diamond Broker status from the World Diamond Centre in Antwerp, Belgium, where 90% of all the world's polished Diamonds are traded. Three of their staff, Holly, Jess and Kara have all been studying Diamond technology in Australia to give them the knowledge and understanding of these unique stones to pass onto their customers. Craig says "We have the ability to compete with any Diamond dealers across Australia on price and quality and can produce quality one-off pieces equivalent to pieces you will fi nd in any high class magazine at a fraction of the cost." We have produced this booklet, our second, to give you all a small example of what we can do and have done for a lot of our valued clients.
