All meals are delivered frozen in an eski and have a frozen use by date of around 3 months (the labelled use-by date of some meals may be shorter than this and some may be longer than this as well, this is simply a result of when the meals were cooked as we don't cook every recipe every week so not all the meals will have exactly 3 month use by date.
