About Masala Island is one of the most sophisticated Indian restaurant on the Gold Coast offering refined yet creative Indian cuisine. We do delivery &takeaway Story Masala’s menu reflects Indian regional cuisine in all its diversity, whilst avoiding stereotypical prepetition of dishes. We have the finest fresh meat, seafood and vegetables and acclaimed favourites Lamb Rogan Josh, Murgh Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and chocolate silk, a dish that has been greatly imitated by other establishments across the city. Masala’s kitchen utilises exotic Indian herbs and spices with Australian produce and the freshest meat, seafood and vegetables. As per the Indian tradition, vegetarians and vegans are well catered for. Also Masala offers many gluten free (coeliac) and halal dishes.
