A comprehensive range of Precor, Cybex, Free Motion / Ground Zero, Nautilus, Life Fitness, Marpo Kinetics along with Ivanko & Hammer Strength Free Weights is the perfect strength & conditioning zone. A dedicated Functional Training Zone with a professional boxing ring, all the bags, slam/ smash balls & sand bags, power bags, power sledge / prowler / kettle bells plus Rip 60 & TRX Suspension training finishes the area off nicely. A great range of Les Mills & Freestyle classes plus a full Mind & Body program including Yoga & Pilates. Our bright, toy loaded creche is a fun, relaxed environment for the little ones while parents/guardians have a little time to themselves unwind.
