About Rich Real Estate has been an established real estate company since 1958 as a result we really do have a "wealth" of property knowledge. Story OUR HISTORY; Rich Estate hails from a long and prestigious history. Our founder Joshua Samuel Rich was one of seven children and the son of a green grocer. His family originally settled in Kalgoorlie, before moving to York. Joshua moved away from his fathers profession to become Western Australia's first independent Wool Brokers. With selling and brokering in his blood, he naturally progressed from that into real estate, establishing in the Mount Lawley area J.S Rich & Company in 1958. He later formed a partnership with our principal Philip Smith, an inaugural student of Trinity College, Riverside Drive. in 1978 with Joshua reaching retirement, Philip took over the reins. Now known as Rich Estate, we continue to grow and develop drawing from our history to better understand the future.
