Our Principal, Craig Paddon, has practised law for more than 30 years and has a reputation for providing expert and practical legal advice in the areas of Residential & Commercial Property, Business & Commercial Law, Family Trusts & Estate Planning and Elder Law Our Associate Solicitor Janet Ashcroft is an experienced senior lawyer with more than 10 years private practice litigation experience. She was appointed as Counsel for the Child in 2003. She has held two judicial warrants; sat in the District Court as a Disputes Tribunal Referee from 2011 to 2016 and was a Tenancy Tribunal Adjudicator from 2014 to 2016. Before that Janet was a member of the Legal Aid Review Panel (a quasi-judicial appointment from 2008 to 2011). Since 2016 Janet has worked as an Associate Solicitor at Craig Paddon Lawyer. Backing us all up is our Legal Executive and Trust Account Manager Linda Flesher. Linda has more than 25 years legal experience behind her and is well qualified in all aspects of property and trust law.
