About Free Legal Help Story Baywide Community Law Service was established to provide free access to legal information, advice, assistance, advocacy or education for residents throughout the Bay of Plenty who due to their personal or financial circumstances (including disability) cannot otherwise access such services. We do do not advise in commercial or property matters or give advice to landlords or employers. Baywide has been offering free legal advice in Tauranga since the office opened in July 2005. We provide many outreach clinics in the Eastern and Western Bay of Plenty to ensure all those with unmet legal needs can access legal help.
