About Providing high quality medical services with no out-of-pocket costs to you Story Maidstone Family Clinic is a 100% Bulk Billing patient oriented practice serving a population of diverse ethnic background and offer services that meet the needs of patients of all cultural backgrounds. We aim to provide high quality general practice services to meet the needs of patients with a committed, dedicated and competent staff. With this in mind, we take pride in offering comprehensive, coordinated and holistic services to meet the needs of patients with multiple medical needs. Here at Maidstone Family Clinic, we understand it is never easy to live or travel overseas away from family. We offer direct billing for Overseas Student Health Insurance (OSHI) holders including Medibank ALLIANZ, BUPA, AHM, NIB, IMAN, etc and all type of Overseas Working and Travelling insurances. This means no out-of-pocket costs for most general consultations and no administration fees English, Vietnamese and Chinese speaking staff available at our clinic.
