Story Gold Medal Services was Established in 1996. It is a family owned and operated business. Gold Medal Services has developed strong systems to provide plumbing maintenance programs to specialist sites such as Defence Bases, schools, higher education institutions and high risk commercial sites. More recently, the company has moved into third party warehousing and manufacturer agent services through the trading name Gold Medal Services Warehouse Solutions. The company is recognised as a leader in good business practices and has won Northern Territory and national training awards for outstanding training. The company has been a strong advocate for the Australian Apprenticeship system and has supported over 30 apprentices throughout the 20 year history of the business. The company has a modern workshop, office and storage facility strategically located in the Berrimah industrial area. It is central to Darwin city, the inner and northern suburbs, Winnellie and Palmerston.
