About Coffee Roaster, Cafe, Restaurant & Brew Bar Story Located in the heart of Fitzroy, the Industry Beans warehouse is a transparent operation of sourcing, roasting & brewing specialty coffee alongside an open kitchen serving up food from a seasonal brunch menu. Every day of the week the friendly barista team offers an extensive range of single origins & blends brewed on a wide variety of methods including espresso, pour over, aeropress, cold drip & cold brew. They also serve up the IB Bubble Cup - the first ever specialty coffee cold drip bubble cup. Brothers Steven & Trevor Simmons established Industry Beans in 2010 as a small batch roastery that recognises the importance of the relationship between roaster, coffee maker & coffee drinker. Industry Beans roasts daily for its cafe and a family of high-quality cafes and restaurants across Australia.
