About Yoga Classes Story Yoga is a great way to balance your life,and improve health and fitness for body, mind and spirit. Carmela is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and offers 6 different classes a week on most evenings and Saturday morning. City Yoga Zone is located in the lovely harbour room attached to the Anglican Cathedral in the Darwin CBD, on the corner of The Esplanade and Smith Street. 6 week Beginners courses are conducted throughout the year and it is essential to reserve a space for these. Also offering general classes and one on one lessons. Corporate Yoga and School groups by arrangement.
