About headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. We help young people who are going through a tough time for FREE in a youth-friendly environment. Story headspace Chatswood is a one-stop shop for young people for their health. We provide FREE access to professionals like psychologists, youth workers, counsellors, nurses and GP's in a youth-friendly environment. You don't need a GP referral to see someone- just give us a call, use our live form, email or drop in. We recognise that sometimes people need immediate help and support.
