Story The Burleigh Family Medical Practice was established in 1992, and is fully accredited with the RACGP. The Practice is conveniently located in Park Avenue – right in the heart of Burleigh Heads. We cover all aspects of General Practice – including Men’s Health, Women’s & Children’s Health, Antenatal care, & Aged Care.
