Tony Ciach Born and raised on the Bellarine Peninsula to European parents. Tony has worked as a waiter and then Maitre ‘d in Melbourne and then in the Gold Coast since 2004 before returning home to Geelong in 2010. “I met Stephane at the Seafood Provedore in Queenscliff some three years ago and have enjoyed working alongside him ever since. We are both passionate about our work and customer service”. Stephane McGlynn Stephane started his career as a Chef with an apprenticeship at one of the best restaurants in Chalon en Champagne France, Stephane's hometown. Giving him a solid foundation in traditional French cuisine. “I am passionate about my profession and have enjoyed a successful career since moving to Geelong in 2006”. Working on both the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast in that time, in some of the regions best restaurants.
