At Clarity Massage and Wellness, we aim to bridge the (rather large!) gap between a cold, flourescent, highly clinical space and a incense-filled, hippy healing den: By providing evidence-based therapies in a fresh, positive and soothing environment.

The Clarity team have a passion for facilitating your body’s transition to a healthy, happy and strong state, which operates to it’s greatest potential physically, emotionally and mentally. We can communicate and work together to help you achieve greater movement, reduced pain, increased strength and less stress through the application of various remedial therapies, home stretches, exercises, activities…and a few hearty belly laughs!
