Story
The Float Spa gives clients access to a custom designed float tank to achieve deep relaxation of the mind and body through the isolation of sight, sound and gravity.

The float tank creates a peaceful and quiet environment in which the user floats in a high buoyancy solution made up of filtered water and Epsom salt warmed to skin temperature.  The buoyancy of the warm solution fades the boundary between skin and solution to create a sense of weightlessness.

The sense of weightlessness combined with the isolation of sight and sound, draws your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation. This state of relaxation, associated with the meditative state, promotes a healing effect on the body and mind.

Scientific studies have found regular floatation sessions to have a positive effect on sleep, stress, pain, cardiovascular and respiratory function as well as creativity and learning capabilities.

Floatation therapy was developed more than fifty years ago and is still used today by athletes, entertainers, artists, executives, parents and students, to rest, recover and perform better.

If you are having trouble sleeping, or having difficulty switching off from the demands of today's lifestyles, a float session can assist.
