About The ABC workout is designed to target all body conditioning using mulitple techniques and facilities in an hour long session Story ABC circuits are designed to use functional training techniques to target all body conditioning. These circuits run for an hour and are taken by one of our PTs here at the gym utilising our range of facilities in a positive environment. The circuits include strength work, ab workouts and cardio sessions using bikes, rowers and boxing equipment. ABC is available to you on Monday morning at 6:00-7:00 am and night at 6:00-7:00 pm, Tuesday night at 6-7 pm. Wednesday morning and night at 6-7, Thursday night at 6-7 and Friday morning at 6-7 here in our studio.
