About One of New Zealands largest and oldest Independent Bookshops. Second Hand section too. Story With an "oldy-worldy" ambience our customers rely on us to stock the old classics as well as contemporary literary fiction and non-fiction, Maori books and the very best childrens books too. All the staff are huge readers and very knowledgeable. We stock books in most genres and keep the shop well-stocked all year round. There is a gorgeous cafe upstairs. Muirs Bookshop is a favourite with holiday makers to our sunny piece of paradise.
