About Lashings is a family owned business that thrives on providing fresh, tasty gourmet burgers and salads. Story FAMILY OWNED Lashings is a family business with over 25 years of experience in the food and catering industry. We take pride in using only the best quality ingredients, preparing and presenting your meals with lashings of great taste and value. BBQ CHICKENS Our succulent chickens are a Lashings size 14, 100% grain fed, hormone free and barn raised. They've been deliciously marinated, stuffed and trimmed. By BBQ'ing them in our rotisserie we ensure they are lower in fat and healthier. CHICKEN BURGERS We use 100% plump tender breast fillet, we marinate them ourselves with Lashings own special recipe then grill them to ensure the best flavour. BEEF BURGERS Made from fresh 100% pure ground topside beef, free of additives and fillers. We hand roll each burger using a few of Lashings own herbs and seasonings.
