Winners of the Australian Small Business Awards 2016. Owners Sally and Brett Harvey love what they do. Sally started her floristry career 20 years ago in 1992. Brett has been hands-on in the business since opening in 2006. Blooming Gorgeous is an Interflora member, which enables us to send beautiful flowers worldwide. Blooming Gorgeous' staff regularly attends conferences for training and are always improving and keeping up to date with the latest trends. Our standards are very high and we work closely with our growers to provide you with first grade, quality stock. Blooming Gorgeous has a fantastic reputation with our many regular customers and corporate accounts. "Our flowers always last and are beautiful." Blooming Gorgeous opened in 2006 at Grand Central Shopping Centre and has not looked back since. Winning many awards both locally and National. Rene's Florist Merges With Blooming Gorgeous Rene's Florist has continuously traded since 1965. In 2008, the retiring owner approached Blooming Gorgeous to see if we would like to purchase Rene's Florist. Blooming Gorgeous Flowers Pty Ltd operated both shops separately for 18 months. Rene's Florist was largely built on long-term regular customers. Due to large number of regular clients phoning their orders into the shop, it made sense for the two shops to merge. To this day the merge has been very successful with many regular customers happy to make the switch to Blooming Gorgeous. Move to Toowoomba CBD In November 2012, Blooming Gorgeous relocated to a gorgeous new store on the corner of Hume & Herries Streets in the Toowoomba CBD.
